Hydration!

That gallon jug isn’t just for bodybuilders anymore! Drinking water is so important for your health. Of course you’ve heard this before but many studies are now showing just how important it is! Okay, so it’s the typical 8-8oz glasses of water per day? Right? Wrong, women and men both need to be getting more water per day. Men should consume 128-132oz/day, and women, 91-122 oz. Hydration plays a critic role in cardiovascular health. Being dehydrated is similar to smoking cigarettes for your body. Only 2% dehydration can be crippling. Another benefit to drinking enough water is weight loss! Water can keep you feeling fuller and overall reducing your caloric intake. Drink up!
