Cinnamon Bun Protein Cupcakes

1/4 c milk
1 egg
1 can of Chickpeas (pureed)
1 can of White beans(pureed)
3 tbsp 0%greek yogurt
3/4 c oat flour(ground oats)
1/2 c applesauce
1/3 c whey Protein Cellucors- Cinnamon Swirl
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c Truvia baking mix(sub other sweetener)
3 dates
2 1/2tsp cinnamon
2 tsp of coconut oil (can omit & just add extra applesauce)
Blend all together in food processor or blender & Pour batter into greased muffin tins, makes 1 Dozen. Bake at 350 for 22 mins, Top with icing(1/3 c 0%greek yogurt,2 truvia packets& 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract.
