Smores Quest Mini muffins!
1 can garbanzo beans
1/4 cup of Truvia (or your favorite sweetener)
2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 tbsp of applesauce unsweetened
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup of S’mores Cellucor Protein Powder
6 tbsp oat flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2 chocolate brownie quest bars
Blend garbanzo beans in blender, add in the wet ingredients. Then add in the dry and mix. Then add in the chocolate chips stir.
With quest bars cut into mini peice of 1/2” by 1/2” or so, and marshmallows cut into 4ths, Spoon 1/2 spoonful of batter into greased muffin tin, then fill with quest & marshmallow, then cover with another spoonful of batter!! repeat!!
bake at 325 for 10-12 mins!
First I used and cookie sheet and tried this as cookies, not as pretty. So, I got out my mini muffin tin and used it and these came out perfect!!!
