4 Zucchinis- Spiralized!
2 8 oz containers of baby button white Mushrooms
1 packet of McCormick mushroom gravy
2 8oz pieces of Filet Mignon
I spiralized the Zucchini and let it sit and marinate overnight. Marinated in Onion Powder,pepper, Garlic, and pepper.
I marinated the Filet 2 days prior with ketchup, soy sauce, and worchester sauce.
We cooked the steak on the grill, but you could pop it in the boiler as well.
So, chop the mushrooms, and 1 1/2 cups of water and steam them adding in the packet of seasoning. After 10 mins add in the Zucchini Spaghetti, stir and lightly cook for 10 mins just cooking the spaghetti to ‘al dente’. Add in a couple of pinches of salt and pepper.
Serve steak over the top of the spaghetti and mushrooms!!
