Apple French Toast Egg Muffins
10 egg whites,
2 eggs
1 small apple(chopped& diced)
2 tbps of Walden farms caramel dip
1 tbsp of low sugar Maple Syrup
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of Apple or pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup of applesauce
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Mix together in a bowl! and pour out in a greased muffin pan. Makes about a dozen muffins.
Bake at 375 for 30 mins
