Mix and mash:
1 1/2 bananas
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup truvia baking sweetener
1/4 cup sunsweet lighter bake
1 egg
2 tbsp of milk

Then..

Stir in:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/4 cup of Cellcuors Cinnamon Swirl Protein powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Half scoop of batter in each greased 12 muffin tin…then fill with a filling of choice below…

Toppings/Fillings:
2 tsp of Light Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of chocolate chips
2 tsp of Chopped Walnuts
2 tsp of Cocoa Almond Butter Spread

Then cover each muffin with half scoop of remaining batter completely covering the filling!! Now each muffin you can mix and match and have a different taste!!

Bake at 350 for 18 mins
