2 tbsp of coconut oil melted

1 egg

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbsp of truvia (or your favorite sweetener)

2/3 cup of low fat milk

1 cup + 2 tbsp of oat flour

3 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 bananas -sliced thin

1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

Combine all wet ingredients first then and in the dry ingredients and lastly add in the bananas and walnuts stirring gently.
