You will need:

2 sweet potato
2 chicken breast
2 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt

Bbq sauce:
1/4 c water
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Ketchup
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Rice vinegar
Dash of garlic powder

Preheat oven to 425
Bake sweet potato for 45 mins, or until you can Polk a folk to the center.
Now, chop up chicken breast into larger cubes, and cook on a lightly greased pan on the stove top. Add a dash of pepper onto the chicken while cooking.
Once the chicken is done put it in a bowl, using a fork and knife start to shred the chicken. It should pull apart pretty easy. I sometimes use my hands too. After the shredding, add in the bbq sauce.
Slice down the center of the potato lengthwise. And fill it in with the chicken mixture. Then add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
