2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 packets of Truvia
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 c skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries

whip up the eggs first, then add in the rest of the wet ingredients. Then add in the dry & mix.

Use 1/4 c to scoop batter for each pancake, pan fry on skillet. Makes 8 pancakes
