
Butternut Squash Soup
2 Apples
4 cups of Butternut Squash Diced & Steamed
1 onion (shallot)
1 carrot
1 can of chicken broth
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp of garlic
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until pureed. Then simmer on stovetop for 45 minutes on low.
