Carrot Cake Protein Bread

Combine-2 eggs,1 egg white,2 1/2 cups of carrots(blended),2 tsp vanilla,1 1/2 cup applesauce,1/2 cup of xyitol,10 packets of truvia(or sweetener of choice)
Combine-2 tsp baking soda,1 tsp baking powder,1 1/4 c whole wheat flour,3/4 cup protein powder,1/2 cup of Almonds (crushed)
Combine all wet ingredients in blender, Blend the Carrots first though. Then combine with the dry ingredients. Lastly, add in the crushed almonds.
You can also add in 1/4 cup of raisins for an extra fun.
