1/2 of a cauliflower head
1/2 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp of coconut flour
1/3-1/2 cup of Light Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp of salt (scant)
dash of peppers & garlic powder
Rip up the cauliflower and steam it for 15 mins or so. then run under cold water to cool it down. Put the cauliflower in blender or food processor, and blend until fine. You want to get all of the excess moisture out, so make sure you either put it in a dishtowel or a paper towel and squeeze out all of the extra water. -After, place in a bowl and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Mixing really well!!
Bake at 400 for 30 mins, then put on all your desired toppings!
And rebake at 400 for another 10-12 mins!!!
