Cheesy Basil Cauliflower Mash

32 oz bag of cauliflower
6 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup 1% Milk
1/4 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup low fat Mozzerella Cheese
Couple Dashes of Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder To taste

Steam the cauliflower on the stovetop. When finished, let it cool and put into the blender, adding the rest of the ingredients.
