1 egg

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp low fat milk or almond milk

1/4 cup coconut oil

3 tbsp of truvia

1 1/2 cup of Oat Flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup of Dark chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375

Mix together the egg,vanilla,& truvia, and coconut oil stirring constantly add in the milk, and then add in flour & baking powder, stir.  Then add in the chocolate chips.

In a greased mini muffin tin spoon in the batter.

Bake for 8 mins
