Cilantro Shrimp & Veggie Salad

Saute 30 shrimp in olive oil and garlic & pepper

12-15 grape tomatoes

1 avocado

1 cucumber

3 chive stalks

Chop all veggies into small pieces.

Toss Shrimp and Veggies in a bowl with 1 Limes juice

Place on a bed of cooked Spinach and Cilantro.

Garnish with fresh Cilantro & Serve cold.
