1 egg
1/4 cup Truvia Baking Sweetener Mix
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened Applesauce
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
2/3 cup Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Protein
1/2 cup of oat flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Combine the first 5 ingredients, Mix!!
Then add in all the dry ingredients in, then Mix again.
Pour 1/4 cup scoops into lined muffin tin, should make 12 muffins.
After, scoop out 1 tsp of applesauce and plop in the middle of each muffin.
Bake at 350 for 16-18mins
