You will need:

Coconut oil

Whey Protein Powder

Marshmallows

Cinnamon

 

Directions:

Melt 2 tbsp of coconut oil on the stove top.

Add in 3 cups of marshmallows, slowly stirring until melted

Add in 1 scoop of Cellucors Cinnamon Swirl Protein and a couple dashes of cinnamon, stir

Take off stove top & stir in 3 cups of Rice Krispies

Dump into a lined (with wax paper) 8×8- form in pan and press hard!!

Let sit and harden!!
