8 pitted dates
3 Tbsp cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp water
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Maca powder
1/2 c oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a blender add in the dates, vanilla, cashew butter and water. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, now add in the blended mixture. After combined, take a cookie scooper or a spoon and make balls (1″-1.5″ thick or so) recipe makes 12 balls. Store in the fridge for hardening.
