Ingredients:

1/4 cup PB

1/3 cup PB2 (peanut flour)

2 tbsp coconut Milk

1 Tbsp Truvia

1 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl & melt the chocolate in a separate bowl.  In a lightly greased mini muffin tin spoon in melted chocolate making sure to cover around the sides and bottom. Form a small ball of the PB mixture and place in the center of the chocolate cup. Covering completely, spoon more chocolate on top. Place in the freezer, until completely hardened.

Makes 1 dozen cups

You can even make an inside out PB cup! Like the middle cup in the picture posted below!!
