Pizza Egg Muffins
In a bowl mix 3 eggs and 7 egg whites, add 1 cup of low fat or fat free cottage cheese, add in 1 cup of pizza sauce. Divide a low carb wrap in half (I used Trader Joes) place in greased cupcake pan folding in to fit the tin. Pour in the egg white mixture and top with low fat mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 mins
