6 Apples

3/4 cup oats

1 scant scoop of Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Whey Protein

1/3 cup Brown Sugar

3/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

3 tbsp Light Butter (softened)


Preheat oven to 375

Core & Peel & Slice Apples, Place them into a greased 8×8 pan

Combine the rest of the ingredients into a bowl,stirring together & Crumble on top of the Apples

Bake for 25-30 mins
