One of my clients introduced this type of cookie to me a while ago.  They’re absolutely amazing. So, I decided to make my own healthy twist on these cookies!!
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg, & 2 egg yolks
1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp of 0% greek yogurt
4 tbsp of almond milk (can sub for skim milk)
1/4 cup of truvia baking sweetener mix
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 scoop of Cellucors Chocolate chip Cookie Dough Whey Protein Powder (you could sub for Vanilla)
2 cups of oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chunks
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/2 jar of Nutella

Container of Sea Salt for sprinkling


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Combine wet ingredients first, then the sugar, and mix!
Then combine all of the dry ingredients and mix!
Place dough in the freezer for 20-30mins, along with the Nutella.
Then, on a greased cookie sheet, take 1.5″-2″ ball of dough and flatten it out on the sheet, place a dollop of nutella (about 1 tsp) in the center and fold over the sides. Rounding out and forming a little ball.
Bake for 10 mins, makes 15 cookies.

Then sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie!
