Protein Wonder Balls!

5 Dates (pitted) put in Vitamix or blender, add in 1/2 banana and blend more. Then add in…

2 tbsp of greek yogurt

2 scoops of cinnamon swirl

2 tbsp of coconut flour

Then scoop in a bowl and freeze for 20-25 mins…

After scoop out and start forming balls… I rolled them in..Sprinkles, oats, Dark Cocoa Powder, Crushed Walnuts, and Chia Seeds!
