2 cups of rice

2 Green Peppers (chopped)

1 tbsp Olive Oil

3 egg whites

1 egg

Onion Powder

Pepper (to taste)

Soy Sauce (to taste)

 

Boil 5 cups water then add in 2 cups of brown rice,  In a separate saucepan put in the chopped green peppers and oil, saute until golden brown. Then add in the egg whites, and soy sauce and spices stirring on the stove top. After the rice is cooked (about 45mins) add in the pepper/egg  mixture. Taste, and add more spices if desired!!

This recipe is for a weeks worth of brown rice, 8 servings
