2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/3 c truvia baking sweetener
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop of whey protein
1/2 c oat flour
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
sunflower seeds

Directions:

Mash the bananas with a fork, and add in the next 4 ingredients, and mix. Then add in the dry ingredients all together.

Pour into a greased mini loaf tin, (You could also use regular size, it just wont be as thick)

I coated my greased loaf pan with cinnamon & truvia along the bottom and the sides! Yum!

After batter is poured in, top with a couple handfuls of Sunflower Seeds!

Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins
