Par steam or boil 32oz of Sweet Potatoes (1 small bag) Then put all peice into Blender or food processor. Blend until mashed. You will have to do it in rounds. Pour into a large bowl.

Mix in 1/3 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 3/4 cup of Oat Flour, 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp of garlic & onion powder, 1/4 tsp of salt & pepper.

Spoon out dollops onto greased baking sheet

Should make about 24 totcakes.

Each totcake is 40 calories.
