Tuna Melt

1/2 can of chunk light tuna
2 tbsp of greek yogurt plain 0%
1 tbsp of FF cottage cheese
1 Trader Joes Whole Wht Low carb Wrap
1/4 cup Light Mozzerella Cheese
1 tsp of lemon juice
dash of Onion powder,pepper, basil

combine the drained tuna in a bowl with everything except the wrap.

Then lay it out on the wrap on one side, then fold over the other side and place on a skillet.

Flipping every couple minutes until golden brown.

Roasted Carrots

3 Carrots
2 tsp of coconut oil
Dash of pepper & salt to taste

Slice carrots in half and place all ingredients on a skillet, flipping, flipping,flipping!

Should roast a total of 5-8 minutes (until golden)

Total calorie count 330 calories for whole meal.
